  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Go Ape LLC in cases of duplicate charges or technical error.

All content, including courses, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations (including Moxie the Money Mouse), and materials, are the property of Go Ape LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
